The standard Heavy Putter weighs in at a beefy 885 grams, That's 2 lbs. compared to most conventional putters which tip the scales around 490 grams or about 1 lb. The extra mass creates a better putting stroke by disengaging golfers' small wrist muscles and engaging the larger muscles of the upper body, promoting a pendulum effect.
